Željka Košanski is an experienced People&Culture (HR) professional and talent developer with over 18 years of expertise, predominantly in senior HR Manager roles within fast-paced, dynamic environments. Dedicated to the implementation of progressive practices and objectives in organizations, Željka focuses on cultivating talent-oriented, high-performance cultures that prioritize empowerment, quality, productivity, goal achievement, and continuous workforce development.

  • She excels in advising and assisting company executive management teams and managers on various aspects of people and leadership, both strategically and operationally.

    When working with individuals, Željka addresses a broad spectrum of topics, all with a common goal – to assist clients in overcoming their challenges and fostering personal growth. Her approach to individual coaching draws upon her extensive professional background, educational qualifications, and the latest insights from neuroscience. This holistic approach equips clients with a diverse set of tools and resources to conquer obstacles and lead more fulfilling lives.

  • On a less formal note...

    First thing that comes to mind about me is continuous growth! I love learning, and I find making mistakes is a part of the process, and well, often provide the best learning experiences. From the ones I have made I made sure to learn and grow from them and share the experience. Because sharing is caring. And also, sharing about what I have learned from experience and education through training, coaching and amazing Rapid Transformational Therapy is living my purpose.

    I am also a strong believer in collaboration and am a proud member of the network of great individuals and companies who support each other. In need of cooperation, additional resources, support, guidance, helping hands, knowledge database etc., we join our efforts to find the best solution for the customers.

    Beside through living my purpose via my work, I contribute to the society through other beautiful beings we share the world with. And I share my home with rescues, Johnnie Walker, Bella Ciao, Rio and Mišo.

    I’m also a passionate life-long learner, coffee lover, a loyal friend, dancer, traveller, like to crunch numbers, am fond of socializing and a very good listener.
